How it works
- 1. Scan. Walk the space with your iPhone. The LiDAR scanner captures walls, doors, windows and ceilings as you go.
- 2. Order. Pick the formats you need. You see the full price, worked out from your scan's square footage, before you pay.
- 3. Get your drawings. We draft your as-built and email the files. A person reviews every job before it goes out.
Price per square foot
- 3D model for SketchUp, Chief Architect, Revit or Vectorworks$0.20
- 3D model for Archicad or 2020 Design$0.25
- 2D floor plan (AutoCAD and PDF)$0.15
- Measurement report (PDF and Excel)$0.25
One price, paid once at checkout, card processing included. Sales tax is added where it applies. Nothing else is charged.
What you get
As-built drawings of the existing conditions, drafted from your scan with a full title block. They are not a survey, so field verify before you build.
