How ordering works
Scan your space in the app, pick your formats, and pay once at checkout. The price comes from your scan's square footage.
We draft your as-built and email the files to you. You can follow each job in the app under Orders.
Common questions
My download links stopped working: links last 30 days. Email us with your job number and we will help if we still have the files.
I want to cancel: email us before drafting starts for a full refund.
A measurement looks off: our drawings are drafted as scanned, so field verify before you build. If we made a drafting mistake, reply to your delivery email and we will fix it.
